5 egg whites
1 tsp salt
90 icing sugar
1. mix whites and salt until bubbly, add sugar in 5 batches until soft peaks
5 yolks
60ml milk
60mL oil
90g glour
1tsp baking powder
essence/cocoa powder
2. mix all together and gradually fold into white mixture)
Bake at 135 degrees for 50 minutes
