Ingredients:
2 bunches of Chinese brocolli
5 cloves of garlic minced
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Method:
- Wash Chinese brocolli and cut into 3 inch chunks. Divide into stalks an leaves.
- Microwave stalks in microwave for 90 seconds. Remove and mix and microwave for further 90 seconds. Put aside in large bowl.
- Microwave leaves for 60 seconds. Remove and mix and microwave for further 60 seconds.
- Fry minced garlic in vegetable oil until oil starts to bubble. Remove from heat. Hot oil will continue to cook garlic and garlic should turn golden brown.
- Add microwaved stalks and leaves into garlic oil. Add oyster sauce and sugar and stir well. Serve immediately with rice.
