Ingredients:
5 garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
250g of ham
4 eggs
1 teaspoon soysauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cups frozen corn
2 cups frozen peas
1 onion diced
500g seafood marinara
5 cups of old brown rice
2 tablespoon soy sauce
pepper
Method:
1. In a large pan, heat garlic in oil until oil starts colour starts turning light gold. Remove from heat immediately. The hot oil will turn it golden brown. Transfer a seperate bowl.
2. Fry ham in hot pan until aromatic and golden. Add into large pot.
3. Mix eggs, soysauce and sugar in a bowl, add to fry pan and cook and stir until scrambled and golden. Add to the large pot.
4. Microwave corn and peas in microwave until cooked throughout. Add to the pot.
5. Fry onion until fragrant and add marinara, cook for 5 minutes until prawns and fish are opaque. Discard liquid and transfer to large pot.
6. Fry the brown rice until hot throughout. Add to large pot. Mix all ingredients well and season with pepper and soysayce. Add fried garlic pieces and oil at the end and mix well.
