Avo smoothie


Perfect for those moments when you're craving something sweet, creamy and delicious but don't want to throw your diet off track. 

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado 

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen corn or canned corn

1 cup lactose free milk 


Directions: 

1. In a glass bowl, microwave frozen corn for 3 minutes until cooked. Once cooked, run under cold water and drain. 

2. In a blender add avocado, frozen banana, 3/4 of the cooked corn and milk. Blend until smooth. Garnish with remaining 1/4 of the corn. Enjoy
